Creativity and imagination enable healthier and more sustainable products to be created

“Both the chef, who seeks his/her own style to seduce clients; and the diner, who chooses the format, packaging and eating model, have done away with the strict rules of traditional gastronomy”.

For too long, it was thought that the really spiritual senses were only sight and hearing. Smell was left to perfumers and opportunists, and taste and touch were directly considered to be sinful senses represented by greed and lust, practically capital sins.

Was this bad press perhaps responsible for the fact that food knowledge was not incorporated into the education system? Instead, it was chosen to educate sight for the fine arts and hearing for music, leaving taste to one side in a country like Spain, which has been the most innovative and the best innovator in the world of food and cuisine for over 20 years. Creativity and imagination enable healthier and more sustainable products to be created. ()
