A culinary meeting point at the highest level. Its objective: raise awareness of the highest quality products and offer them in a special and select atmosphere in which the elite food producers share the table and tablecloth with all kinds of influencers.

The fair which came about in 2007 in conjunction with Madrid Fusión at the Parque de las Naciones Congress Hall, is held each year at the Casa de Campo, in the hall known as La Pipa.

Millesimé is different: the best Spanish chefs are here and therefore Ferrán Adriá, Arzak, Pepe Solla, Mario Sandoval, Paco Roncero, Jordi Roca, Ramón Freixas, Francis Paniego or Óscar Velasco have passed through its kitchens. Another differential factor is the importance of a hall in which Paco Patón, Carmelo Pérez or Custodio López Zamarra have participated, an absolute necessity to achieve the desired high standing.

Focused on creating relationships that range from the palate to the commercial, but always flying high, the visit to the fair begins with the different stands, which offer excellent tapas based on highly rated products, such as mast-fed Iberian ham, caviar, oysters… or preparations with excellent ingredients, such as extra virgin olive oil in order to help to understand and appreciate its importance in gastronomy. There are also innovative fine cuisine or traditional tapas, including a portion of tripe or a potato omelette, naturally accompanied by excellent wines, cavas  or select beers.

After the aperitif, visitors move into the different dining rooms, where each chef, generally six, presents a menu sponsored by an organiser company. The care taken in the selection of the ingredients, the preparation and service is excellent. The possibility of an expert sommelier advising you on the wine adds a special touch to the menu, which is accompanied by interesting desserts, coffee and excellent infusions and various liqueurs.

When the meal is over, things are just getting started. Various drinks with exhibitions of gin & tonic, mojitos, pisco sour or other specialities can be savoured in different atmospheres. This event has been so successful that it has been held in the Dominican Republic, Sao Paolo and Mexico, where its reception has been exceptional. The next on the list is Panama.
